We want you to be delighted with your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain pierced jewelry may be subject to specific inspection criteria before a refund is issued.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Maria Tash packaging and ensure the security seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
